Ryan Rummage

PRESIDENT

Ryan Rummage serves as President of Electric Power and Infrastructure for Infrastructure Power Group, where he provides executive leadership for the company’s electrical infrastructure operations throughout Utah and the western United States. As a member of IPG’s executive leadership team, Ryan is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and delivering complex power infrastructure projects for utility, municipal, commercial, and industrial clients.

Since beginning his career in the electrical trade in 1998, Ryan has led the successful delivery of hundreds of electrical infrastructure projects, building a reputation for safety, quality, and dependable execution. His extensive experience across the electrical infrastructure industry has shaped a leadership approach focused on accountability, collaboration, and delivering reliable results for clients and communities alike.

A graduate of Northwest Lineman College in Meridian, Idaho, Ryan has developed deep expertise in transmission and distribution systems, utility construction, and large-scale electrical infrastructure projects throughout the Mountain West. His combination of field experience, operational leadership, and strategic vision enables him to guide complex projects from planning through execution with confidence and precision.

Ryan lives in Springville, Utah, with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, attending live music events, and spending time with his family.

Joe Coleman

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Joe Coleman serves as Managing Director for Infrastructure Power Group, where he provides executive leadership across preconstruction, operations, business development, and strategic growth. As a member of IPG’s executive leadership team, Joe is responsible for advancing the company’s vision while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with the highest standards of quality.

With more than 25 years of experience in the electrical construction industry, Joe has built a career delivering complex power, transportation, and utility infrastructure projects throughout the Mountain West. His expertise spans preconstruction, estimating, value engineering, project management, and operations, allowing him to develop practical, cost-effective solutions that help clients reduce risk and achieve successful project outcomes.

Throughout his career, Joe has led the successful delivery of municipal, transportation, and utility infrastructure projects while building lasting relationships with owners, engineers, utilities, and contracting partners. His extensive leadership experience has shaped a practical, collaborative approach to solving complex infrastructure challenges and delivering dependable results.

Joe is a licensed Master Electrician and earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Weber State University. His combination of technical expertise, field experience, and executive leadership enables him to bridge the gap between planning and execution, helping clients confidently move projects from concept through completion.

Joe resides in Stansbury Park, Utah, with his wife and three children. He is passionate about building organizations where people, partnerships, and performance work together to deliver exceptional infrastructure projects. Joe believes the strongest projects are built on trust, preparation, and collaboration, and he is committed to strengthening the communities Infrastructure Power Group serves through lasting partnerships and reliable infrastructure.
